At MAHPOSH, we aim to deliver your favorite products safely and swiftly to your doorstep across Pakistan.

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

  • We ship from Monday to Saturday. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping across Pakistan — no minimum order value required!

  • Shipping charges (if any in the future) are non-refundable in case of return or cancellation.

  • MAHPOSH reserves the right to revise shipping policies and charges at any time without prior notice.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • For areas covered by courier services, delivery takes 3 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Bulky items (over 0.5 kg) or high-volume orders may take slightly longer.

  • In remote areas, delivery may take up to 1–2 weeks, depending on location and logistics availability.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.

  • Note: Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Change of Delivery Address

You may change your delivery address only if:

  • The order status is Confirmed or Pending, and

  • The items haven’t been shipped yet.

⚠️ If the change affects taxes or shipping cost differences, the request may not be accepted.

Missed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Please provide a valid phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

Promotional Offers

  • Occasionally, we offer special shipping promotions like Free Shipping during sales.

  • These offers will have their own terms & conditions.

Hidden Charges

  • No hidden fees!

  • All prices shown are inclusive of sales tax and applicable charges.

  • You only pay the amount shown at checkout.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delays and Disruptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Logistics issues

MAHPOSH will not be held liable in such cases and appreciates your patience.

In rare cases where a shipment becomes untraceable or significantly delayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
