At MAHPOSH, we aim to ensure that youβre always happy with your purchase. However, in the rare case that you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within 3 days of order delivery.

The amount will be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges).

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Video recording of the parcel at the time of opening is mandatory.
Exchange Policy

You can exchange your item for a different size or design within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is subject to availability of stock.
How to Return or Exchange

Once approved, courier the item back to our provided address.

After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:

The product was damaged or defective at delivery.

You received the wrong item.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at baclotheswebsite@gmail.com.
Important Notes

Returns or exchanges are not applicable on international orders.

Seasonal products can only be exchanged within the same season.
